Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Deb provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as active participants in their healing journey.
With over 18 years of experience in career counselling, Deb has supported individuals through career exploration, transition, and personal growth in both government-funded programs and private practice. She also has experience supporting individuals living with physical or psychological injuries that prevent a return to previous occupations, helping clients rediscover strengths, explore new possibilities, and reconnect with purpose.
Deb supports clients experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, and disconnection with practical tools, reflection, and collaborative conversation. Her approach encourages clients to explore the stories and beliefs shaping their lives while reconnecting with their values, inner wisdom, and sense of self.
Clients often leave sessions feeling calmer, more grounded, and empowered, with greater clarity, confidence, and connection to their strengths.
At the heart of Deb’s work is the belief that personal narratives can either support growth or limit fulfillment. Through reflection and shifts in perspective, she helps clients re-author these stories and create space for resilience, possibility, and meaningful change.
A bit about Deb
When she’s not working, Deb enjoys walking in the forest with her dogs, paddleboarding, yoga, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She maintains meditation and yoga practice to keep herself grounded and present in both her personal life and her work with clients. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Deb welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels aligned with your true self.
“The person is not the problem. The problem is the problem.”
