About the Course

This 6-Week Mindfulness and Meditation Intensive will help you find more “space” in your mind and your life. Research identifies that learning to be mindful positively impacts our well-being. And even better news, current research indicates that lengthy meditations are not necessary to make a difference in your wellness. In fact, short, effective meditation practices and intentional mindful moments can make huge differences in your mood, perception, and experience of being human.
